I got my start in radio, so naturally I’m a huge podcast fan. This week, I’m on one!
I train intermittently with Christian Cook of CrossSUP here in St. Pete, and we’re always trading podcast suggestions. He launched his own podcast St. Pete SALT (Stories About Local Talent) alongside host and producer Jason Green.
Last week I sat down with them to talk training, mental toughness, where I’m from, and how I got here. I talked their damn ears off for TWO HOURS. It was a blast, even though I hate hearing my own voice and wish I could get rid of my vocal fry.
